Description
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to the Income Team.
- Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system where needed.
- Overseeing the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes.
- Providing support to the Financial Controllers on the monthly income reconciliations, communicating to a high standard around any outstanding issues.
- Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
- Own the Gift Aid processing, ensuring the returns are accurate, up-to-date and processed in line with the latest guidance.
- Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.
- Work with internal stakeholders in particular CRM, Digital and Fundraising to build a strong communications channel.
Profile
- A successful applicant will be available on short notice & have experience with the above
- Experience in an income/ accounts receivable finance role
- Able to use financial software and systems efficiently to support this.
- You will be comfortable working with complex reconciliations and large volumes of data, across multiple geographies and donation platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships with senior managers and other colleagues.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
Job Offer

- £35-38k
- Full Time 37 hours or Part Time 18-25 hours would be considered.
