Our client a well known & growing business based in Godalming are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their Accountancy team

Description

Accounts Receivable Supervisor - Godalming

* Provide leadership, support and guidance to the Income Team.

* Oversight of the recording of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system where needed.

* Overseeing the monthly Direct Debit and SEPA processes.

* Providing support to the Financial Controllers on the monthly income reconciliations, communicating to a high standard around any outstanding issues.

* Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.

* Own the Gift Aid processing, ensuring the returns are accurate, up-to-date and processed in line with the latest guidance.

* Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.

* Work with internal stakeholders in particular CRM, Digital and Fundraising to build a strong communications channel.
