Our client is looking for an Administrator to assist with the in the Estates Department. The Administrator will be working within a team of tradesman and will report to the Office Business Manager. The ideal Administrator will be personable with good written and verbal communication and good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the data base ensuring all records and are up to date and all department information is easily accessible to the those within the team.
  • Ensuring all training records are correctly filed and enable appropriate access to information
  • Booking rooms and meetings through the system
  • Monitoring stationery, PPE and other equipment and ordering when necessary
  • Answering telephone calls, emails and dealing with face-to-face enquiries in a professional manor
  • General admin including filing, photocopying and post
  • Handling the key log and visitors passes ensuring record are accurate
  • Keeping the office presentable and tidy at all times to maintain as positive image

Experience and Skills Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • It literate with a good understanding of Microsoft office - Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with an office environment
  • Good written and Verbal communication
