Elevation IT are looking for a detail-oriented Data Migration Administrator to support our client’s data migration, ETL, and data processing initiatives. In this role, you will work with structured data formats such as JSON and XML, assist with SQL scripting and Python-based automation, and ensure seamless data transfers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data migration tasks, working with JSON, XML, and other structured data formats
- Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure accurate data integration
- Utilise SQL, Python, or scripting languages for data manipulation and automation
- Work with metadata structures and relational databases to maintain data integrity
- Manage and process data using Excel, SharePoint, and Access
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure quality control throughout migration projects
- Follow technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in data migration, ETL, or data processing
- Basic proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
- Strong understanding of metadata structures and relational databases
- Experience handling data using Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Access
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow technical guidance
