We are looking for a Temporary PA to support two Vice Principals within a small group of colleges and schools. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that will involve providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the leadership team’s department.
The Role
This is a diverse PA role where you will be responsible for:
- Managing diaries and calendars for the Vice Principals
- Assisting with coordination across internal and external departments
- Providing administrative support to the Executive team, including tracking and reporting on action plans
- Preparing materials for senior leadership meetings
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced PA who can step into this temporary role immediately. You’ll need to be proactive and adaptable with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
