Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor
Location: Gravesend, Kent
Salary: 45K per annum + excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Well-being Advisor to join a well-established organisation, ensuring compliance and fostering a strong health and safety culture across a dynamic and high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and well-being matters.
  • Support managers, safety representatives, and staff to ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
  • Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a Health, Safety & Well-being role (preferably within a high-risk environment).
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
  • Membership of IOSH (or equivalent professional body).
  • Working knowledge of ISO 45001 and CDM regulations.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
