Do you hold an enhanced DBS? Are you an experienced Administrator with a passion for supporting education? We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary Administrator to join our client's team in Gravesend.

Position: Administrator

Location: Gravesend

Contract Type: Temporary

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 20th December 2024

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (Early finish Friday at 4.30pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Assistant Estates Manager
  • Liaise with building's contractors
  • Book contractors in for work
  • Raise PO orders
  • To monitor the Estates and Facilities help-desk
  • Arranging emergency 'call outs' to Contractors when required
  • Assist the Estates Management Team to manage contractors working on-site, checking DBS compliance, arranging access, ensuring that the Code of Practice for Contractors has been completed and the required documents have been submitted

What we are looking for:

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach.
