Administrator

We are looking for an Administrator to start a position based in Thurrock!

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
• Contract: Full time, Ongoing
• Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days from home
• Rate: 12.14 PH / PAYE
• Salary: 23,357.36

The purpose of the role is to provide consistent and professional administration service to senior members of staff.

Duties include: (but are not limited to)

• Receiving, logging and recording all referrals to the team & establishing priority of cases
• Handling telephone, email, written & face to face enquiries from service users and others
• Recording data and maintaining high accuracy levels
• Providing all round business support, such as filing, booking meeting rooms, taking minutes at meetings etc

Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to hold professional conversations and have empathy when talking to service users
• Candidates must have excellent written& language communication skills
• Must have the ability to prioritize workload and be able to maintain the high standards of the team
• Experience within MASH, Children Services, Social services will be beneficial
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft packages, including excel and be able to gather and collate data as required

Successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS clearance.
