Overview:
This international transport & logistics business are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join their fast-paced, dynamic organisation. Working on Monday - Friday days, you will play a key role in leading a small but dedicated warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a small warehouse team, keeping them focused on goals and performance.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and freight handling.
• Support loading, unloading, picking, packing and stock control, with an eye for detail.

The Person:

• Proven experience leading a warehousing team.
• A leader who can motivate and keep the team focused.
• Preferably experience in the freight sector or experience working in a fast-paced warehousing environment.
• FLT license / experience an advantage.
• A hands on, proactive approach to problem-solving and organisation.
