Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
  • Lead team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with all quality standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the aerospace industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
