We are recruiting for a Product Support Engineer to join one of our clients based in Milton Keynes

The successful candidate will have the following remit:
- Product Support internally and externally
- Deliver product training
- Maintenance of documents including site surveys
- Handle product returns
- Repairing products
- Investigate & conduct root cause analysis
- Building & testing customer orders
- Stock control
- Communication with suppliers regarding costs
- Estimating/quotations
- Producing maintenance contracts
- Visiting customer sites
- Working in partnership with a variety of other departmental functions
Skills and attributes needed:
- Engineering background
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem solving skills as well ability to handle multiple tasks workingindependently
- Negotiating skills at all levels
