We are seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to the managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

Description
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and planning.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting.
- Identify potential areas for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.
- Provide guidance to other members of the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A solid foundation in Accounting & Finance principles and practices.
- Experience using Oracle
- Month-End Cycle
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
- Ability to strategise and solve problems.
- Strong ethics, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
