We are currently seeking an additional team member to join our dynamic and fast-paced recruitment operation based in Greenford. The primary responsibility will be to process weekly payroll using several bespoke operating systems, so accuracy in typing and a strong IT proficiency are essential. The ideal candidate will be self- motivated, confident, and posses excellent communication skills, as the role involves regular contact with both clients and workers.
The position is highly process driven, requiring the ability to follow established procedures while also managing multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, you will be involved in operational recruitment activities, including checking staff arrivals on-site at client locations, liaising face-to-face with clients, conducting registrations and interviews, and handling general recruitment administration.
A driving licence is preferred but not essential
The role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in payroll and recruitment and who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
The standard working week is Monday to Friday with working hours 45.
