Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join their team in Greenhithe. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work across different trades, including painting and decorating, general handyman duties, carpentry, and fabric work.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Carry out painting and decorating tasks across commercial buildings, ensuring a high-quality finish both inside and outside.
- Prepare and protect surfaces before painting, taking care to deliver professional standards.
- Maintain and repair painted surfaces as part of routine maintenance programs.
- Perform general handyman duties, including minor repairs and carpentry tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in additional tasks such as decorative work or other maintenance as needed.
You will be part of a dedicated team, working on various painting and decorating projects onsite. This role comes with stability and the chance to develop further within a well-established company.

Role Overview:
- Basic salary: 30,000 to 32,000
- Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
- Ideally a trade qualification or training.
- Overtime available:
- 25 Shift Days AL + Bank Holidays
