This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company in Grimsby as an Administration Assistant. This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am until 1pm.
Purpose of the Administration Assistant position:
The main purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support to the group.
Responsibilities for the Administration Assistant will include but are not limited to:
路 Taking minutes within the board and general meetings
路 Prepare meeting packs
路 Prepare meeting rooms
路 Typing documents
路 General administration duties
路 Answer the telephone, taking messages and forwarding calls
路 Greeting visitors
路 Entry system management
路 Booking travel arrangements
路 Ordering stationery
路 All other duties as required
The Perfect Administration Assistant will be:
路 Be a team player
路 Have minute-taking experience
路 Experienced in using Word and Excel
路 Proactive
路 Great attention to detail
路 Great communication skills
路 Have a driving license and access to your own vehicle
