- Encouraging and mentoring junior team members to ensure team success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Professional Qualifications: ACA / ACCA / ICAEW / CIMA (Qualified)
- Strong Communication and Advisory Skills
- Experience with SMEs and Owner-Managed Businesses
- Proactive and Hands-On Approach
