As Private Client Tax Associate Director, you will play a key role in the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to a varied portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and other private clients. You will work closely with Partners, providing strategic input and helping to drive growth within the department. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior members of the team, while also managing complex advisory work including inheritance tax, trusts, and capital gains tax planning.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of private client tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory needs are met
- Leading and delivering complex tax planning and advisory projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff members within the team
- Building strong relationships with clients, providing a high level of service
- Working closely with Partners on business development initiatives
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in private client tax advisory and compliance
- Strong technical knowledge of UK personal tax legislation
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
