Project Control & Scheduler

Project Control & Scheduler required for a computing systems provider for space satelitles and telecommunications based in Guildford. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with advanced scheduling capabilities, proven experience in PMO development, and a deep understanding of project management processes.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Project Management Office (PMO) framework
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency in project execution and alignment with strategic goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of deadlines
• Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders regularly and escalate critical path issues
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Experience in developing and leading a PMO in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of PMO frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Ability to handle multiple projects with interdependencies and deliver within tight timelines.
• Experience in managing project risks, budgets, and resource allocations
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) would be an advantage.

• Salary: 60,000- 80,000 (dependent on skillset and experience)
• Matching pension contributions up to a maximum of 5% per month.
• Holiday entitlement - 34 days (including bank holiday)
• Working hours - 9.00am to 5.30pm on Mondays to Fridays
