My client located in Guildford are seeking an E-Commerce Executive to come and join their team! You will be responsible for running our Amazon account (as well as other marketplaces we sell on) and working closely with our brands to create and analyse reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and optimise targeted advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.

Continuously monitor and adjust ad strategies to improve conversion rates, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and sales performance.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure were aligned on strategic initiatives and promotions.

Ensure all brand messaging and product listings are accurate and engaging.

Manage inventory levels to ensure we have enough stock to meet demand.

Reconcile discrepancies between marketplace reports and our internal systems by raising cases, and compiling evidence to win reimbursements.

Research and identify new products that should be added to our Amazon portfolio based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

Monitor account metrics to ensure we are exceeding Amazons targets and maintaining a positive customer experience

Drive growth in revenue and profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Analyse sales data to track performance and identify opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Ability to use your initiative and think on your feet.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Great communication skills both written and verbal.

Having a can-do attitude.

Able to demonstrate to us that you can think on your feet, with the ability to get into the detail of any problem and resolve it.
