Part-Time Administrator with Probate Experience

Are you an experienced part-time administrator with a strong background in probate or residential property?

Hours: 20 hours (flexible with timings)

Location: Guildford (only required x1 day in the office)

Salary: £30,000 pro rata

Our client, a small family-owned solicitors is currently seeking a part-time administrator to join their team in Guildford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors specialising in probate and residential property matters.
  • Handling correspondence with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organising case files, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
  • Assisting with documentation and other administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and legal professionals.
  • Proven administrative experience working in probate or residential property law.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to workload management.
  • Comfortable using office software and remote collaboration tools.
