Job Title: Learning and Development LeadSalary: £65,000 - £70,000Location: Guilford, Greater London.Hybrid: 2 days per week in office and 3 days WFH.  Direct Reports: Managing a team of 3 direct reports, Organisational Capability and Learning and Development.  JGA are partnering with a leading food and beverage retail business seeking an employee focussed and culture driven Learning and Development Lead to the L&D, Organisational Capability and Leadership Development team.  If you have experience in a multi-sited, customer facing, retail, hospitality or restaurant business then we would love to see an application from you!   • Design and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date.
  • Build strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders.
  • Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum.
  • Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.
  • Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed.
  • Shape leadership development strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Oversee the Learning & Development budget.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in team leadership.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity.
  • Background in content design and implementation.
  • Preferred: Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite
