- QSR/ Food Retail or Hospitality Experience Prefered.

- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date.
- Build strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders.
- Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum.
- Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.
- Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed.
- Shape leadership development strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
- Oversee the Learning & Development budget.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity.
- Background in content design and implementation.
- Preferred: Experience with eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite
