As a Desktop Engineer, you will be the go-to point of contact for technical issues, responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, maintaining devices, and ensuring smooth daily operations for users.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face and remote desktop support to internal users.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.

  • Build, configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

  • Support Office 365, Windows 10/11, and common business applications.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and procedures.

  • Provide excellent customer service with a user-first mindset.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a desktop support or IT technician role.

  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.

  • Experience with Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
