As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, providing top-notch service and conveying the unique benefits of our conveyancing services.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Engage with potential clients, explaining our services and the conveyancing process in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Send out quotes, follow up on phone calls, and ensure clients are well-informed and satisfied throughout the process.
  • Liaise with referrers to gain feedback on transactions and maintain positive relationships.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Cheerful and friendly disposition with a professional approach to challenging situations.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a willingness to learn new IT systems and procedures.
  • Experience in customer service or account management is preferred.
