Join our fast-growing company as a Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and strategic individual who is passionate about leveraging social media to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business growth. With a team of 30, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing our social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Day-to-day of the role:- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in collaboration with the Brand Director, aligned with our overall business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content such as posts, videos, and stories that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions across all platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies to plan and manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and content affiliates to amplify campaigns.
- Analyse performance metrics, using data to optimise strategies and content for growth.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- 3+ years’ experience managing social media accounts for a brand, or 5+ years’ experience in marketing with a focus on social media.
- Proven expertise in using platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube for business purposes.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
