Property Manager - Guildford- Up to £35,000 DOE.

This is a Fantastic opportunity to join a successful independent Estate Agent in Guildford.

Our client is looking for a Property Manager with at least 12 months experience in Property Management to join their team.

Property Manager role:

  • Day to day property maintenance issues
  • Ensuring landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues are full aware of actions you have taken, programmes of work and progress
  • Recording all accurate file notes on the property management system
  • Booking inspections and conducting property visits
  • Invoice management and processing
  • Obtaining competitive quotes on behalf of the landlord
  • Manage the process relating to insurance claims
  • Arranging gas safety certificates and EPC's
  • Rent collection and credit control
  • Deposit returns, negotiating between Landlord and Tenant to resolve any damages
  • Comply with lettings administrative procedures and all relevant legislation
  • Provide exceptional client service

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent team worker
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Have the ability to multi task
  • Attention to detail
  • Well-presented and professional at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • ARLA qualified desirable, but not essential
