About the Role: We are collaborating with a large, vibrant school renowned for its exceptional outdoor learning spaces. The school is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support students aged 11-16, helping them to excel both academically and socially.

As an LSA, you will be instrumental in assisting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD. You’ll work alongside teachers and staff, providing personalised support to help students manage their behaviour, enhance social skills, and achieve academic success.
