We are currently recruiting for an Operations Training Co-ordinator for our client based in the Blackheath area. This role will be based at one of the sites in the West Midlands. Travelling between all UK sites will be required.

The main role will be to effectively carry out all business training requirements for HSE, including managing and facilitating external training providers, coordinating with all accordingly.

There is a requirement as part of this role to travel to site locations across the UK to carry out training.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent training delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Strong organizational and project management skills, ensuring training programs are delivered effectively.

Ability to assess training needs and design or adapt materials accordingly.

Confident communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Good understanding of health and safety, compliance and best practices in operational environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Essential knowledge/skills:

GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths

Proven recent experience in training, learning and development, or operational support role.

Experience in delivering and coordinating training programs across multiple locations.

Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements in a business setting.

Experience of working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

IOSH working safely qualification.

Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Full clean and valid driving licence.

Desirable:

CIPD Level 3 (or above) in Learning and Development or equivalent qualification

Experience in working in logistics, manufacturing or similar operational environments.

Knowledge of e-learning development tools and digital training solutions.

Base hours working 37.5 -40 hours per week Monday Friday.
