Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and deadlines.
- Oversee and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
- Review audit work, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Assist with business development, identifying new opportunities and contributing to firm growth.
- Ensure all audit assignments meet regulatory and firm standards.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
- Experience in managing audits from planning to completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple deadlines.
