Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee and mentor junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
  • Review audit work, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Assist with business development, identifying new opportunities and contributing to firm growth.
  • Ensure all audit assignments meet regulatory and firm standards.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
  • Experience in managing audits from planning to completion.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple deadlines.
