Our client, based in Halesowen, is currently recruiting for an Onboarding Coordinator on a full time permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, offering one day a week in office and four days working from home. The salary for this role is £25,000.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in the sector; however this requirement can be flexible.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Guide and advise line managers with the on-boarding process
  • Ensure correct compliance processes are carried out on all new starters, including references, right to work, qualifications and DBS checks
  • Arrange inductions for new starters
  • Update and maintain the HR database, recruitment and candidate tracking systems
  • Answer queries from both email and over the phone in regards to the on boarding of staff
  • Support the compliance team by carrying out general administration duties such as photocopying and printing

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
  • 9am-5pm
