Warehouse Manager - Full-Time Position
  • Annual Salary: Up to £52,000
  • Location: Halesowen, West Midlands
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are seeking a talented Warehouse Manager to join my clients team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a broad range of tasks and work with some of the world’s leading brands.

The Role:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity and operational performance of all activities in my client's warehouse. This includes inventory control, receiving & dispatch, service, UK production/QA, and Quality Control. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the warehouse in compliance with company policies and strategy.
  • Oversee inbound & outbound stock, warehousing, and efficient space utilisation.
  • Manage stock control and ensure ERP data accuracy.
  • Act as the key liaison with logistics partners and customers.
  • Line management of warehouse, production, and QC staff.
  • Manage all warehouse aspects of periodic and annual stocktakes.
  • Maintain all aspects of health and safety, hygiene, and security within the warehouse.
Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multiple years’ experience in Warehouse Management.
  • Proven leadership skills with a record in staff management.
  • Excellent administrative and analytical skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Efficient workflow management skills with the ability to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.
  • Proven success in both independent and collaborative team environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong IT literacy.
  • Competent writing skills and numeracy, supported by Maths and English qualifications to a minimum of Grade C/4 at GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Forklift Truck license.
Beneficial Skills and Qualifications:
  • IPAF certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Fire Marshall qualification.
  • Managing Safely Health and Safety Certification.
