Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Marketplace Support person to join our well-established and experienced eCommerce team based at our head-office in Halesowen. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

We’re seeking a Marketplace Support person to join the growing, fast-paced Online Sales Department at Head Office in Halesowen. This role is office based and does not offer remote working.

Working Hours:                40 hours per week Monday to Friday plus 1 in 5 Saturday mornings.

Key responsibilities as Marketplace Support will include:

  • Work and be part of the Hayley Group Online Sales Department
  • Managing and optimizing marketplace product listings using the Rithum Software (Channel Advisor)
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage shipping/FBA and customer service operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Marketplace Support person include:

  • Knowledge of the Amazon Seller Central Platform, eBay and Rithum (Channel Advisor) desired but not essential
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and other MS Office software
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) processes and logistics
  • Good understanding of how an online marketplace works
  • Fluent in English, any other European language is a bonus
  • Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is desirable, however not essential
