Essentials

Degree qualified in Design, engineering or Quantity surveying.

Have a minimum of 5 years in an estimating role within a comparable organisation.

MUSThave previous experience of working in FF&E, fitout/ furniture environment.

Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word, power point, and outlook

Experience with AutoCAD/and or 3D software desirable

Purpose of role

To assist the Bid department in securing projects/orders for the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

Download and file Tender enquiries in line with company procedures.

Preparation of quote template and proposed product information.

Negotiate with supply partners such as discounts, payments, terms etc.

Attend pre and post tender meetings with clients to discuss our quote.

Provide support and advice to Graduate estimators.

Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience with AutoCAD/and or 3D software would be advantageous.
