A successful, family-run business based in Hampton are looking for a Graduate Administrator to join the team.Please note – this is an office-based role and would suit a recent graduate or a candidate with some previous administration experience who also has an interest in design. Training will be provided.As the Graduate Administrator, you will contribute to the smooth running of the design and administrative processes within the business and will provide support to the rest of the team.Your key responsibilities as the Graduate Administrator will include being the first point of contact for calls and emails coming into the business, you will be involved with diary management, office scheduling, updating and maintaining information on the IT system and providing general office administration including ordering office supplies. You will also assist various teams by logging and distributing new customer leads, requesting customer payments, managing stock orders, updating suppliers price lists, researching new business opportunities and updating social media.The ideal candidate will have some administration experience or be a recent graduate looking to develop and will be familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You will have strong communication skills and will be confident speaking on the telephone and providing good customer service. You will be organised, able to prioritise workload and be proactive – happy to help.

The salary on offer is £26,000 per annum.
