Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established architectural practice, assisting with their vacancy for an Architectural Technologist to join their office local to Luton. Across their 2 offices, our client has established an outstanding reputation assisting with a variety of projects on a UK-wide basis. Their portfolio varies between both bespoke one-off builds and large-scale projects ranging up to 100 units. The successful Architectural Technologist will predominately be working within the Commercial and Residential sectors, assisting with both the design and technical aspects of a project, using Revit on a daily basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tight-knit team, built up from a variety of Architects and Architectural Technologists with the opportunity to manage your own workload. Our client are currently in a period of growth and due to an influx of workload are looking to continue expanding the business, therefore are looking for an ambitious individual who has strong career aspirations with the opportunity to influence the company's progression.

Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration
  • Competitive salary, ranging between £35,000 to £45,000

Architectural Technologist Position Overview
  • Working across a variety of sectors, including both large to small-scale residential and commercial projects
  • Managing your own workload and running a projects
  • Producing high-quality technical drawings using Revit on a daily basis
  • Assisting with projects through from RIBA stages 4-7
  • Liaising with clients, other professionals and the wider team on a daily basis
Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
  • The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) or a skilled Architectural Technologist
  • Good knowledge with Revit
  • High technical standard
  • Strong construction detailing experience
  • Live within a commutable distance of Luton
  • Experience working on RIBA stages 4-7
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
