Are you commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel? We’re looking for a Commercial Assistant to join a growing Passive Fire Protection company based in Harrogate.

The Role:

As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the pricing and quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. You will work closely with the commercial and operations teams, providing essential support in managing figures, data analysis, and costings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with pricing, quotes, and commercial documentation
• Managing and analysing data to support financial decisions
• Preparing reports and cost breakdowns
• Ensuring accuracy in figures and financial records
• Liaising with internal teams to streamline commercial processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent numerical skills
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
• Ability to work with figures and pricing in a precise and analytical manner
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience in a similar commercial or finance-related role (preferable)
