A Chartered Financial Advisory practice located in Harrogate are looking to recruit an experienced professional individual to join a growing team who support the Financial Planners. The role will involve working as part of a friendly team who help deliver excellent client management to high-net-worth individuals.

The company successful blend providing a personal professional touch with modern financial planning tools providing clients with excellent easy to understand advice.

Specifics of the role will include -

• Arranging client meetings and assisting with meeting preparation which will include creating presentation material, client review information, portfolio summaries and compliance documentation.

• Manage annual reviews, organising client meetings, and ensuring the financial planner has the required reports and performance analysis.

• Liaising internally to ensure client post meeting requirements are actioned.

• Conduct research and help provide information for client illustrations and suitability reports.

• Process investment transactions including withdrawals, transfers, fund switches etc.

• Handle client enquiries, ensuring excellent service levels are maintained and client requests are completed.

• Maintain client records and information.

The ideal candidate will have wealth management / financial advisory experience and have worked in a similar role. It is important to have an understanding of investment, pension and retirement planning products and be familiar with investment platforms.
