Financial Services Administrator

Location: Harrogate, Office-based. 

Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 (dependent on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time preferred, but part-time considered

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of two years’ experience within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm and demonstrate proficiency in obtaining quotes, managing client interactions, and liaising with providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support to Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Processing and monitoring new business applications
  • Liaising effectively with providers
  • Managing client interactions and obtaining necessary quotes
  • Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Xplan software is highly advantageous

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
