Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client, who are seeking a Payroll Manager to join their close knit team in Harrogate on a permanent basis. My client is looking for someone that has gained relevant experience in the end to end payroll process, and who can have a strong impact on the team and the business. Description
- Processing end to end payroll and CIS on both a weekly and monthly basis
- Dealing with all queries relating to payroll
- Calculate PAYE/CIS/Pensions
- Calculate all payments due to HMRC and pension providers and ensure these are submitted to HMRC/pension providers in a timely manner
- Calculate all SSP, SMP and other payments and deductions from salaries
- Liaise directly with clients for information on a monthly/weekly basis
Profile
- Have gained relevant experience in a similar Payroll position
- Profficency in Sage Payroll is preferred but not essential
- Well organised, and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Wanting to be a part of a friendly, collaborative team environment
Job Offer
