We are now looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our already successful team and take ownership of an established set of clients. Take ownership of a successful and established client base
Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with key clients, delivering high quality service
Source, screen, and place the very best candidates in roles with top tier employers
Work closely with our Client Success Manager to ensure an efficient way of identifying new business opportunities aiding to expand existing accounts within your region
Advise clients on tailored permanent, temporary, and contract recruitment solutions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on providing a seamless experience for both clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience will be considered in account management, sales or recruitment
The ability to foster and develop trusted relationships
A drive to identify and pursue new opportunities
Promote a proactive, results driven approach with a passion for providing top tier service
Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
A desire to work in an independent, innovative environment, embracing a passionate approach to recruitment
