PA / Office ManagerSalary - £35,000 - £38,000Harrogate - Fully Site based Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a successful business based in Harrogate, looking for an experienced PA/ Office Manager to join their office. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing, family-owned company. This role requires someone willing to go that extra mile and support Directors with Office Management, traditional PA duties, and Administration.  Key requirements for the role: 

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage events, both internal and external.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organised workspace.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing them as appropriate.
  • Prepare and maintain office budgets and expense reports.

  Suitable candidates for the role must show the following;

  • Proven experience in an office management role
  • Experience of working within a fast paced environment 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using IT software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
