PA / Office ManagerSalary - £35,000 - £38,000Harrogate - Fully Site based Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a successful business based in Harrogate, looking for an experienced PA/ Office Manager to join their office. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing, family-owned company. This role requires someone willing to go that extra mile and support Directors with Office Management, traditional PA duties, and Administration. Key requirements for the role:
- Provide administrative support to the Directors including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and manage events, both internal and external.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organised workspace.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, directing them as appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain office budgets and expense reports.
Suitable candidates for the role must show the following;
- Proven experience in an office management role
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using IT software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
