Location: Harrow Weald

Remuneration: £25,000 - £26,000

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time, 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for emergency calls)

Responsibilities:

Join our clients vibrant scheduling team and play a crucial role in planning staff rotations for the leisure Industry! Your key responsibilities will include:

Producing weekly reports for staff rotationsUpdating staff movements in our systemRequesting outbound and inbound flights for new hires and all staffCoordinating medical requirements and organising debarksProcessing staff expense claims and planning for future seasonsCollaborating with various departments to manage staffing needsHandling emergency calls during your on-call rotationMaintaining records and supporting team members with professionalism and respect
