Some of your duties will include:

- Providing confidential secretarial support to the head teacher and leadership team

- Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence and reports

- Managers busy diary schedule and co-ordinating meetings and appointments

- Preparing agendas for meetings and attending when required to take minutes

- Fielding incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries and requests

- Providing briefing and advice notes for head teacher and undertaking specific research
