Job Summary:We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join the finance team. The ideal candidate will be fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a strong background in financial analysis, and commercial finance. Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is desirable. The candidate should possess excellent financial modelling skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and a thorough understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, and profit and loss (P&L) statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
  • Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years post qualified experience in industry.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and advanced use of Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Thorough understanding of cash flow management, balance sheets, and P&L statements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
