We are looking to recruit on behalf of our existing client a telemarketing Executive to join their current team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer in Harrow. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks such as appointment scheduling, customer service, sales, and effective communication with clients to promote our energy-efficient solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Appointment Scheduling and Sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales roles
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are a bonus
