In this pivotal role, you will provide tailored emotional support to students, assisting them in navigating their emotions, building resilience, and developing essential coping strategies. You will work alongside teachers, parents, and external professionals to create a safe, nurturing environment where students can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer one-to-one support to help the student stay on track with their studies.
- Assist with the development of social and emotional skills, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
- Collaborate with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to support the student's needs.
- Promote the student's focus, resilience, and ability to cope with challenges.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the student by following safeguarding procedures.
