Technical Estimator / Sales Estimator / Internal Sales Engineer will be responsible for creating new job costings as well as reviewing and evaluating costings compared to company data. They will also be responsible for producing quotations to customers and suppliers.
We are looking for someone who has experience as a Technical Estimator / Sales Estimator / Internal Sales Engineer who is familiar with different CNC machines and has a mechanical background. Alternatively, we will also consider someone with a strong administration background who is capable of learning about the different machines and products and is commutable to Hastings.
Package:
£30,000 - £35,000

Role:
- Create new job costings as well as reviewing and evaluating costings to company data
- Work with customers and suppliers to make sure all of their technical requirements are met
- Provide technical support to colleagues off site and assist them with costings
- Work alongside the Sales Manager and Business Development Manager to provide technical assistance when they are meeting clients
- Produce quotations for customers and suppliers
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Sales Estimator / Technical Estimator / Internal Sales Engineer or an Administrator within manufacturing / engineering.
- Have an understanding of technical manufacturing drawings or be willing to learn about them
- Commutable to the office based in Hastings
