Day to Day of the Role:
  • Provide project coordination within a dynamic sales environment.
  • Read and interpret architect drawings and specifications to support the sales team.
  • Utilize ERP/CRM systems to manage project data and customer interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work within tight deadlines, prioritising tasks efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in writing and verbally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge/experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in sales support and project coordination.
  • Competency with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Good numerical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Full UK Driving License.
