As the new Customer Support Executive, you’ll be delivering exceptional customer service and support at this Hampshire based business with over 100 years’ experience in its sector.  

Your working hours as the Customer Service Executive will be Monday to Thursday 9-5 with a 4pm finish on a Friday. 25 Days Holiday, Dress Down Fridays and a Company Pension are all part of the benefits package. Starting salary is £25000 rising to £27500 after a successful probation period. 

Working in a dedicated team of 4, your key accountabilities as the new Customer Account Executive include:

•    Process customer orders accurately.•    Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers.•    Build solid relationships and provide excellent customer service, by making outbound customer care calls across key accounts.•    Respond to customer enquiries providing after sales support, including technical advice.•    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions in the CRM system.•    Actively seek to increase customer order values through offering additional products and services.•    Ensure back orders are distributed as soon as possible, taking the opportunity to upsell to customers.
