Our clients, based in Havant are seeking a Project Support Administrator to join their growing team. The position is a critical role for the business!

Throughout this expansive and diverse role, the ideal candidate shall be ensuring the effective management of their current customer base, as well as introducing new customers, pricing projects alongside ownership of the quality management system, and supporting the workshop with manufacturing. If you like to have a day that is never the same and a role you can make your own and grow, then this is the role for you.

The following duties are inclusive, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Quality Management System
  • Goods in/inspection
  • Despatch
  • Delivery and pick up
  • Learn and understand component compatibility to a high level
  • Establish and build a strong customer base (existing and new)
  • Carry out pricing projects
  • Compile job packs for field engineers
  • Carry out site visits
  • Assist the sales team as required
  • Assist the Supervisor with onsite surveys as required (within hours stipulated below).
  • Attend internal/external training courses (where applicable)
  • Any other duties as per the needs of the business

About you

  • Happy working in a busy environment
  • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual with a flexible approach to work
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively, while being part of a team
  • To be meticulous and a self-starter
  • Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Quality assurance experience would be beneficial
  • Experience working with an ERP / MRP system would be beneficial

Hours of work – 38.5 hours per week:

Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 16:00pm

Friday 7:30am - 14:00pm
