- Establishing KPIs and metrics to track the success of strategic decisions.
Key requirements + skills:
- Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience at a senior level in a regulated utility or engineering related business.
- Strategic leadership across multiple teams and disciplines, demonstrating extraordinary leadership behaviours.
- A detailed understanding of external factors influencing the industry including political, economic, social, and technological issues.
- Development of solutions that go beyond existing precedents, assumptions or current knowledge of complicated disciplines/business challenges.
- Commercial approach to meeting future business investment needs.
- Experience of presenting complex and technical information to all levels of an organisation to obtain essential stakeholder buy-in.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
- Proven experience in financial forecasting, budget formulation, cost control, and reporting.
This is a permanent full time opportunity, requiring you to be on site in Havant 2-3 days a week.
